    Privacy policy.

Notworking ("we", "us") operates notworking.community. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

    What we collect

Membership applications: your name, email address, city, and the answers you choose to share about your interests and what brings you here. We use these solely to review your application and match you to gatherings.

Newsletter signups: your email address, used to send occasional gathering announcements and partner offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Event bookings are handled by Luma (lu.ma) and calls by Calendly, under their own privacy policies.

    What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers that store form submissions and send email on our behalf. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

    How long we keep it

Application and subscriber data is kept while your membership or subscription is active, and deleted on request.

    Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. Email tugce@notworking.community and we'll act on it promptly. If you're in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
